About this role

Support enterprise content management platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. This role is responsible for the full platform lifecycle, including new initiatives, system enhancements, deployments, administration, troubleshooting, and production support.

What we are looking for

Provide L1/L2 support for IBM FileNet, Datacap, Content Navigator, and WebSphere
Troubleshoot user issues related to login, document viewing, uploading, workflows, and integrations
Monitor system health, performance, and availability
Perform routine health checks, basic configuration updates, and post-deployment validations
Assist with authentication and security issues
Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues
