Platform & Developer Experience Engineer

Land O'Lakes is seeking a Platform & Developer Experience Engineer to design, build, and operate internal developer tools and platforms. This role focuses on improving the developer journey from code generation to deployment, integrating AI-assisted tooling, and ensuring security and compliance by default. You will partner with various teams to deliver self-service capabilities and CI/CD templates.

• Own and evolve the GitHub Enterprise platform
• Build self-service capabilities for application deployment
• Develop and maintain golden-path CI/CD templates
• Operate AI-assisted developer tooling like GitHub Copilot
• Establish a DevEx measurement loop and drive improvements
• Partner across Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security teams
