About this role

Gradial is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the reliability, scalability, and operational health of their AI-native platform. You will work closely with the CTO to enhance system performance and resilience in a high-growth environment. This hands-on role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to define platform reliability standards.

Own production platform reliability, scalability, and operational health
Lead Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure as code evolution
Set standards for designing, shipping, and operating reliable systems
Build tooling and automation to improve engineer velocity
Drive improvements in monitoring, alerting, and incident response
Influence long-term platform direction in reliability, security, and performance
