eCAP HPC Systems Engineer

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is seeking a TS/SCI cleared HPC Engineer to support users executing computational workloads on High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters. This onsite role in Charlottesville, VA, involves assisting users with job execution, troubleshooting failures, and improving workload performance. The engineer will act as the primary interface between mission users and HPC platform infrastructure teams.

• Provide user support for computational workloads on HPC clusters
• Assist users with scheduler job scripts and workload troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot slow, hanging, or failing HPC jobs
• Support users compiling and executing scientific or data processing applications
• Develop scripts using Bash or Python to automate operational tasks
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
