Senior IT Administrator

IonQ is seeking a Senior IT Administrator to provide on-site IT support for their College Park, Maryland office and nearby labs. This role involves hands-on helpdesk, A/V management, networking, and lab infrastructure support, including workstation setup, data access, and routine maintenance. You will also assist with network troubleshooting, physical deployments, and corporate IT projects.

• Provide on-site IT support for College Park office and satellite labs
• Deliver Level 2 helpdesk and desktop support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, including provisioning and retirement
• Support lab workstations, data access, and network services
• Troubleshoot local network issues and assist with physical network gear deployment
• Participate in corporate IT projects and remote site deployments

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
