About this role
Heven AeroTech is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain, support, and secure the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of systems and networks. This role involves proactive management, troubleshooting, and deployment of hardware and software, with a focus on compliance with government contracting regulations like ITAR and EAR.
What we are looking for
6- Administer, maintain, and monitor servers, workstations, and network systems
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance
- Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations
- Track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle
