About this role
Midtown is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain our core IT systems, ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and productivity for our clubs and corporate teams. This hands-on role involves implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting our Microsoft-centric infrastructure, including Azure, Active Directory, and networking components, while serving as a key escalation point for technical issues.
What we are looking for 6
- Implement and support Microsoft infrastructure (Azure, AD, M365, Windows Server)
- Manage networking, firewalls, SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi systems
- Troubleshoot escalated server, network, and application issues
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across hybrid environments
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to support infrastructure needs
