About this role

RBC is seeking a mid-level DevOps Engineer to design, build, secure, and operate Azure/OpenShift cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines. This role involves hands-on implementation, ensuring cloud services are reliable and secure, and developing automation for day-to-day operations and compliance. You will collaborate closely with application teams, senior engineers, architects, and security stakeholders.

What we are looking for

Design, deploy, and operate Azure/OpenShift cloud services (AKS, App Service, Functions, VMs)
Ensure cloud services are reliable, secure, and configured to internal standards
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
Define and evolve DevOps policies, engineering standards, and automation
Embed security controls into pipelines and infrastructure
Monitor platform health, performance, and availability using observability tools
