Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Join our engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure, to build and maintain the core systems powering our AI/ML training and evaluation platforms. You will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, and performance of these high-concurrency workloads, directly impacting developer experience and platform efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to own critical infrastructure components and drive improvements in deployment, observability, and cost optimization.

• Own production uptime, latency, and incident response for core AI/ML infrastructure
• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes/EKS, and Docker
• Improve platform systems through capacity planning, autoscaling, and robust deployment strategies
• Develop comprehensive observability (dashboards, alerts, logs, traces) and on-call workflows
• Build CI/CD pipelines and automation to enhance engineering productivity
• Experience with AI/ML platforms or data-heavy, high-concurrency workloads
