EverCommerce is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of their SaaS infrastructure. This role involves supporting production systems across cloud and traditional environments, automating operations, enhancing monitoring, and leading modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems engineering, cloud technologies, and troubleshooting complex operational challenges.

• Maintain uptime, reliability, and performance for production SaaS environments
• Support Windows and Linux infrastructure, virtualization, storage, and networking
• Lead infrastructure modernization and operational automation initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application incidents
• Design and implement improvements to monitoring and alerting
• Collaborate with security teams on compliance initiatives
