Qualys is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the performance, scalability, and operational excellence of our platforms. You will work at the intersection of software engineering and operations, applying automation and observability to maintain highly available production systems. This role involves collaborating with various teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve our cloud-native and distributed systems.

What we are looking for

Monitor production systems and infrastructure for health and performance
Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
Automate operational tasks using scripting languages like Python or Go
Support Kubernetes, cloud environments (AWS, OCI, GCP), and distributed systems (Spark, Kafka)
Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability
