Platform Engineering Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a Platform Engineering Manager to lead the development of a new enterprise data platform. This role involves building and scaling a team, defining the path to production, and ensuring high-quality delivery using modern technologies and automation.

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of engineers and managers
• Lead end-to-end development of a greenfield platform
• Incorporate technical strategies and enable application modernization
• Act as a technical representative and escalation partner
• Build engineering skills and conduct peer reviews
• Ensure security, stability, and scalability of technology functions
