About this role

Clera is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and scale our AI infrastructure, focusing on simplifying production Kubernetes and multi-cluster operations. You will develop core platform features, design GitOps workflows, and implement infrastructure-as-code patterns to support demanding cloud-native workloads.

What we are looking for

Build platform features in Go, including Kubernetes operators and controllers
Design GitOps workflows with ArgoCD for continuous deployment
Develop infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Helm
Work with distributed storage like Ceph and WEKA
Create observability systems with Prometheus and Grafana
Design federated Kubernetes architectures for multi-cluster management
