Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Lead the reliability strategy, architecture, and operational maturity for mission-critical developer platforms at Boeing. You will provide technical leadership across tools like GitLab, Jira, and PostgreSQL, ensuring these platforms are secure, reliable, and scalable. This role involves defining standards, guiding architecture, mentoring engineers, and leading complex technical investigations.

• Define and lead SRE technical strategy for developer tooling platforms
• Establish platform reliability architecture, standards, and metrics (SLIs, SLOs)
• Serve as senior technical authority for complex platform decisions
• Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code, and repeatable operational patterns
• Lead complex incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Mentor SREs in operational excellence and architectural thinking
