PLM Systems Analyst

Zipline is seeking a PLM Systems Analyst to manage and maintain their Siemens PLM and CAD ecosystem, ensuring the health and reliability of critical engineering workflows. This role involves troubleshooting issues, improving system usability, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to support the design, manufacturing, and operation of Zipline's drone delivery platform.

• Own operational health, administration, and configuration of Siemens PLM and CAD ecosystem
• Monitor application health, triage production issues, and coordinate recovery
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventative fixes
• Administer user provisioning, role changes, and license allocation
• Coordinate maintenance, patches, and upgrades with various teams and vendors
• Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and operating procedures
