DevOps Engineer, Application Support

Citi is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their application support team in New Castle, Delaware. This role focuses on building and maintaining technology infrastructure for critical financial systems, with responsibilities including CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and resolving complex application issues. You will collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Design, build, and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Provide technical application support and resolve complex issues
• Conduct root cause analysis for system outages and performance degradations
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools
• Analyze applications for security vulnerabilities and technical risks
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and vendors
