HPC Systems Engineer

NorthMark Compute & Cloud is seeking an experienced HPC Systems Engineer to join their infrastructure engineering team in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on designing, integrating, and delivering cohesive high-performance computing and cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation across compute, storage, networking, and Kubernetes domains. You will anticipate and resolve cross-functional dependencies to accelerate scientific research and drive innovation.

• Drive cross-domain technical alignment across HPC infrastructure teams
• Lead integrated design reviews for new HPC deployments and expansions
• Identify and resolve technical dependencies, design gaps, and integration risks
• Define end-to-end architecture, engineering standards, and implementation criteria
• Ensure infrastructure designs meet performance, resiliency, and scalability requirements
• Develop system-level engineering specifications for component interoperability
