About this role

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Finastra, you will drive the adoption of SRE principles to enhance the reliability, availability, and automation of our critical financial services platforms. You will proactively identify and resolve operational risks, engineer robust automation solutions, and take ownership of production incidents from investigation through resolution. This hands-on role supports our Azure and on-premises infrastructure, focusing on reducing manual work and improving overall service resilience.

What we are looking for

Design and implement automation for SRE, DevOps, and disaster recovery
Develop reusable automation using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and Terraform
Improve monitoring, observability, and alerting using Grafana and other platforms
Support production infrastructure across Azure and on-premises environments
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues during incidents
5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
