Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build, transition, and operate a multi-cloud production platform. This role involves working with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, GitOps, and reliability engineering to ensure resilient and scalable platforms. You will partner with architects, assess cloud environments, build and enhance infrastructure, and troubleshoot production issues.

• Build, transition, and operate a multi-cloud production platform
• Work with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, GitOps, and reliability engineering
• Assess and document multi-cloud and Kubernetes environments
• Build, maintain, and enhance cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code
• Operate and improve AKS, GKE, and EKS environments
• Develop and support GitOps and CI/CD workflows
