Staff Systems Engineer

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer in Roy, Utah, to provide advanced technical leadership for systems test strategies and requirements. This role involves shaping the future of test strategies, mentoring engineers, and solving complex problems to ensure mission success.

• Provide advanced technical leadership for Integrated Test Strategy development and execution
• Lead initiatives and influence direction on major program priorities
• Resolve complex systems and test challenges with innovative solutions
• Develop, review, and approve key program documents
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level systems engineers
• Serve as primary technical liaison to leadership and external customers
