Cloud Platform Engineering​ Manager

M&T Bank is seeking a GenAI Platform Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for building and operating their enterprise AI platform. This role involves strategic and operational leadership for the AI platform, including gateway management, lifecycle environments, model onboarding, and ensuring the platform meets all regulatory and operational requirements.

• Own the strategy, engineering, and operation of M&T Bank’s enterprise AI platform
• Oversee gateway traffic management, rate limiting, and platform performance
• Establish and maintain platform service levels and incident response processes
• Ensure the AI platform is reliable, resilient, and scalable
• Build and manage platform observability capabilities
• Hire, retain, and develop a strong platform engineering team
