Sr Systems Engineer: ENT Medical Devices

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design and develop innovative computer-assisted surgery technologies for the ENT organization. You will lead technical decision-making, system design, requirements definition, and risk mitigation within cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and surgical efficiency.

• Drive technical decision-making for system design goals
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and testing system solutions
• Define and develop user needs, requirements, and system architecture
• Lead engineering analysis to optimize system-level concepts
• Plan and execute user evaluations in lab-based surgical environments
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, product hazards, and failure modes
