Infrastructure Engineering Director

Lead FanDuel's core cloud and outpost infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence, standardization, and reliability for rapid scaling. This hands-on technical leadership role involves setting infrastructure standards, managing a team, optimizing cloud spend, and partnering with product teams to support business growth.

• Establish infrastructure strategy and standards for cloud provisioning, observability, disaster recovery, and cost governance
• Build and scale the infrastructure engineering team with operational rigor and discipline
• Own disaster recovery strategy, RTO/RPO definitions, and testing
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure for resilience, cost, and operational clarity using AWS, Kubernetes, and Kong
• Set standards for operational discipline including change management, incident response, and continuous improvement
• Manage vendor relationships, cloud costs, and capacity planning
