Staff Infrastructure Engineer

Savvy Wealth is seeking its first dedicated Staff Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve their AWS and EKS platform. This role involves setting technical direction, establishing standards for 35+ engineers, and enhancing operational practices. You will also play a key role in enabling AI initiatives by supporting the infrastructure for coding agents and LLM workloads, working directly with product engineers.

• Own and set technical direction for AWS and EKS platform
• Define standards for IaC, CI/CD, and observability
• Raise operational bar with SLOs, alerting, and incident response
• Support infrastructure for AI coding agents and LLM workloads
• Collaborate directly with product engineers on infrastructure challenges
• Mentor engineers transitioning to infrastructure roles
