DevOps Infrastructure Engineer

Roche is seeking a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer in Madrid to optimize and maintain end-to-end lifecycle processes and orchestrations. You will lead the development of custom operational tooling, manage infrastructure as code, and ensure robust security and monitoring practices. This role involves complex troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and mentoring junior engineers.

• Build, harden, and maintain end-to-end lifecycle processes and orchestrations
• Develop custom internal tooling and self-service abstractions
• Manage infrastructure using IaC principles and advanced Docker containerization
• Implement robust security, monitoring, logging, and tracing practices
• Perform complex troubleshooting across distributed environments
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge
