Define and evolve the technical architecture for the CXM Platform

Build foundational frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and developer platforms
Lead development of reusable agent frameworks and integration strategies
Partner closely with AI Core teams for governed agent execution and operations
Ensure Microsoft Dynamics capabilities integrate with the enterprise technology ecosystem
