About this role

Four Seasons is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to enhance the reliability, scalability, and security of our global digital platforms, including FourSeasons.com and our mobile app. You will provide technical leadership, advance DevOps and SRE practices, and solve complex cross-platform challenges. This role requires strong cloud and automation expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to leverage AI to improve engineering effectiveness and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What we are looking for

Lead DevOps and SRE strategy for guest-facing digital platforms
Design and implement cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Enhance developer experience and operational maturity
Leverage AI to improve engineering effectiveness and outcomes
