Information Technology Engineer

Monarch Healthcare is seeking an entry-level Information Technology Engineer to provide IT assistance to agency staff. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and assisting with installations and upgrades. The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to follow agency policies and procedures.

• Provide IT assistance and resolve user problems
• Assist with IT asset management and procurement
• Train staff on computer and telecommunications systems
• Analyze and maintain hardware and software capabilities
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and perform root cause analysis
• Record and prioritize IT support requests in helpdesk system
