Sr. Infrastructure Engineer

Columbia Sportswear is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and improve their global on-prem and hybrid data center environments. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of compute, storage, and replication systems, while collaborating with global teams and supporting FinOps practices.

• Design, build, and maintain compute and storage infrastructure
• Ensure scalable, secure, and stable hybrid environments
• Support global teams with incidents and operational improvements
• Collaborate with cross-regional partners on technical roadmaps
• Partner with Finance, Platform, and Engineering teams on FinOps
• Participate in on-call rotations with a follow-the-sun model
