Principal Microwave Payload Systems Engineer

Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of next-generation microwave sensing payloads for satellite constellations. This technical authority role translates atmospheric measurement objectives into robust RF payload architectures and performance models. You will collaborate across engineering, program leadership, and science teams to deliver high-performance sensing systems.

• Lead architecture definition and execution of microwave payload systems
• Translate sensing objectives into instrument requirements and system architectures
• Own system-level radiometric performance modeling
• Conduct technical trade studies for microwave front-end design and antenna systems
• Guide integration of key microwave payload subsystems
• Define and lead calibration strategies for payload performance
