Manage enterprise storage, backup, replication, and disaster recovery platforms
Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and recoverability of storage environments
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for storage and backup incidents
Lead disaster recovery and cyber recovery initiatives
Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence
Experience with NetApp, SAN, NAS, object storage, and cloud platforms
