Site Reliability Engineer 6476266

As a Site Reliability Engineer with Accenture Flex, you will lead day-to-day production operations for critical platforms, ensuring the health, availability, and performance of applications. You will manage incidents, implement proactive risk mitigation, and leverage AI/ML tools to optimize processes and enhance platform reliability. This role offers the flexibility of project-based work in your local area, supported by Accenture's global expertise and resources.

• Lead production operations for Java, Oracle, Informatica, and Unix systems
• Monitor and maintain application health, availability, and performance using Dynatrace and Splunk
• Manage batch scheduling and orchestration with Autosys, Quartz, or Airflow
• Own incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution
• Support diverse environments including Java, Unix shell scripting, Python, and Perl
• Utilize AI/ML tools to optimize production processes and increase reliability
