First Line Systems Engineering Manager - Reliability, Maintainability, & System Health (RM&SH)

Lead a team of Systems Engineers focused on Reliability, Maintainability, and System Health (RM&SH) for Space Mission Systems. You will ensure RM&SH is properly represented, funded, and executed, working closely with customers and program leadership to deliver reliable and maintainable products. This role involves performing senior-level RM&SH analysis, breaking down team barriers, and coaching/mentoring direct reports.

• Manage and lead RM&SH teams
• Perform senior-level RM&SH analysis
• Ensure RM&SH representation and execution on programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and leadership
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees
• Requires 5+ years of RM&SH experience and leadership experience
