About this role

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement solutions to enhance workflow applications, improve productivity, and ensure timely delivery of our Ratings products. You will collaborate with business teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and resolve defects. This role involves building new functionality, integrating workflow software with client systems, and conducting defect remediation for Pega-based applications.
