Customer Service Rep

GN is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support for their hearing solutions. You will be the primary contact for customers, resolving inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves technical troubleshooting and contributing to process improvements.

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product/order issues
• Process requests accurately and deliver positive customer experience
• Troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat
• Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback for improvements
• Educate customers on product usage
