About this role

Intrinsic Development is seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to provide end-user technical support and assist with IT infrastructure projects for their real estate developments. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT equipment, and supporting the installation of systems like camera networks and community Wi-Fi.

What we are looking for

Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
Manage IT equipment and user setups, including onboarding/offboarding
Assist with planning and installation of IT infrastructure (camera systems, access control, networking)
Support community-wide Wi-Fi systems and ISP coordination
Administer and troubleshoot on-premises storage and understand server concepts
Document IT procedures and ensure compliance with IT policies
