About this role
Astrea is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer to be a subject matter expert for their enterprise server and network infrastructure. This role involves leading complex incident resolution, architecting standardized processes, mentoring junior engineers, and driving hardware refresh and automation initiatives in a 24x7 global environment.

6- Subject matter expert for Dell PowerEdge server infrastructure
- Lead advanced Cisco network troubleshooting
- Develop and execute standardized firmware/software update processes
- Lead hardware lifecycle management and refresh projects
- Develop monitoring dashboards and integrate logging tools
- Mentor and develop L1 and L2 engineers
