This role is crucial for supporting applications, security, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives, ensuring the availability and stability of global and cloud systems.

• Build, manage, monitor, secure, and operate infrastructure systems
• Ensure availability and proper functioning of global and cloud systems
• Perform hands-on configuration and create system documentation
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing
• Perform daily monitoring and maintenance for optimal system performance
• Resolve escalated cases and perform fault resolution
