What we are looking for

Monitor and respond to alerts in production and SaaS environments
Perform application and platform deployments using established processes
Handle operational requests and perform first-line troubleshooting
Experience with Linux and Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and monitoring tools
Participate in follow-the-sun coverage and on-call rotation
