DevOps Engineer - Associate - Software Prod Management & Reliability Engineering

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the reliability, security, and operation of a critical enterprise technology platform. You will maintain platform stability, support production releases, resolve incidents, improve operational processes, and ensure security and compliance. This role requires hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure, observability, continuous delivery, and incident management.

• Operate, maintain, and enhance cloud-native and containerized infrastructure
• Monitor platform health and performance using observability tools
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents and perform root-cause analysis
• Support release management and continuous delivery pipelines
• Maintain and improve CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities
