Senior Manager, Platform Engineering

Lead and grow a team of platform, DevOps, and SRE engineers responsible for a 24/7 consumer health platform. You will own the design, scaling, and evolution of our Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency. This role requires a strong technical background in cloud infrastructure and a passion for building a culture of operational excellence.

• Lead and mentor platform, DevOps, and SRE engineers
• Own Azure cloud infrastructure design, scaling, and evolution
• Establish and enforce cloud architecture standards and best practices
• Develop and maintain 24/7 monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities
• Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management and deployment automation
• Partner with Security and Cybersecurity teams for infrastructure hardening and compliance
