Lead Platform Engineer

DTN is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to design, build, and evolve the core capabilities of our Operational Decisioning Platform. You will own complex distributed systems, create abstractions to enhance developer productivity, and establish technical direction for foundational platform components. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a greenfield platform while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

• Lead technical design and delivery of complex platform capabilities
• Design and build secure distributed systems across multi-tenant environments
• Develop developer-facing APIs, SDKs, and CLIs
• Own end-to-end platform components from interface to cloud infrastructure
• Establish architectural patterns and engineering standards
• Mentor engineers and partner with Enterprise Architecture
