Site Reliability Engineer, Sr Lead

As a Senior Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will design, build, and operate highly available and secure payment platforms that handle large-scale financial transactions. This hands-on role focuses on improving system stability, performance, and scalability through advanced reliability engineering practices and automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and drive long-term improvements in mission-critical systems.

• Design and implement reliability architecture for scalable and resilient services
• Build and evolve enterprise-grade observability capabilities (metrics, logs, traces)
• Implement SRE practices like error budgets, capacity modeling, and resilience testing
• Architect automation, self-service capabilities, and CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Deep software engineering expertise in large-scale distributed systems
