About this role

AT&T is seeking an IT professional to join a DevOps team managing ServiceNow implementations within a Government Community Cloud. This role involves developing and supporting the ServiceNow platform, including catalog items, workflows, and integrations, to deliver company-wide services. You will troubleshoot issues, document processes, and contribute to architectural design and continuous delivery pipelines.

What we are looking for

Develop and modify catalog items, portals, workflows, and flow designer
Support and create integrations using integration hub, orchestration, webservices, and APIs
Troubleshoot complex issues and independently manage development tasks
Triage and support user issues on the ServiceNow platform
Document and annotate scripts, process flows, and workflows
Experience with ServiceNow administration and implementation
