Systems Engineer

Join GRVTY's mission-focused team as a Systems Engineer to shape and deliver mission systems for national security customers. You will translate mission needs into actionable system designs, working across the full systems engineering lifecycle from requirements development through integration, verification, validation, and operational support. This role requires close collaboration with DSP and Software Engineers to ensure successful integration, testing, and delivery of solutions.

• Define mission needs, CONOPs, and system-level requirements
• Decompose requirements for DSP and Software Engineering teams
• Collaborate on system design, integration, and implementation
• Support backlog development, roadmap alignment, and sprint planning
• Participate in system integration, verification, and validation
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures
