Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer

Safelite is seeking a Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer to provide enterprise-wide technical leadership and strategy for storage, virtualization, Wintel, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. This senior individual contributor role defines infrastructure architecture, sets engineering standards, and drives modernization initiatives to ensure scalability, resiliency, and security.

• Provide enterprise-wide technical leadership, strategy, and governance
• Define infrastructure architecture, engineering standards, and modernization initiatives
• Ensure scalability, resiliency, security, and operational excellence of core infrastructure
• Influence technology direction and guide architectural decisions
• Mentor engineering teams and partner with business and technology leaders
• Develop multi-year infrastructure roadmaps and lead transformation initiatives
