About this role

The Hartford is seeking a Reliability Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of systems in cloud and SaaS environments. This role involves leading infrastructure resilience, developing automation for problem prevention and detection, and collaborating with engineering teams to influence technical strategy. You will also contribute to operational excellence by driving incident resolution and implementing AI-driven automation for anomaly detection and troubleshooting.
