Learning Technology Systems and Infrastructure Specialist

NWACC is seeking an Academic Technology Infrastructure Specialist to manage and enhance academic technology systems, including networks, servers, virtualization, and cybersecurity labs. This role focuses on systems supporting academic programs and labs, separate from enterprise administrative infrastructure, and involves troubleshooting, system maintenance, and supporting learning platforms. The position requires close collaboration with faculty, academic departments, and IT teams to ensure reliable and secure instructional environments.

• Manage and support academic technology infrastructure including networks, servers, and virtualization
• Troubleshoot and maintain systems for instructional programs and laboratory environments
• Support learning platform systems and related IT services
• Monitor system and network health, ensuring secure configurations
• Collaborate with faculty, academic departments, and IT teams
• Provide building-based and campus-wide IT support
