About this role

What we are looking for
6- Manage and support academic technology infrastructure including networks, servers, and virtualization
- Troubleshoot and maintain systems for instructional programs and laboratory environments
- Support learning platform systems and related IT services
- Monitor system and network health, ensuring secure configurations
- Collaborate with faculty, academic departments, and IT teams
- Provide building-based and campus-wide IT support
