Early Warning is seeking a Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability, resilience, and scalability of production services. This role involves applying software and systems engineering practices, partnering with development teams, and providing technical leadership to ensure operational health throughout the system lifecycle.

Apply software engineering and automation to improve service operations
Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
Enhance observability through metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting
Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD, IaC, and automation
Partner with Software Engineering to embed reliability into development
Provide senior technical leadership and incident response support
