Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Join Cisco's Splunk Agent Resilience team as a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to shape the future of AI resilience. You will provide technical leadership for platform reliability, scalability, and operational architecture, defining long-term strategies and driving engineering excellence in cloud and on-prem environments. This role involves owning complex production systems, influencing engineering direction, and establishing best practices for large-scale deployments.

• Define and drive technical roadmap for platform reliability and scalability
• Lead architecture for deployment platforms in cloud and air-gapped environments
• Establish reliability engineering standards including SLOs and capacity planning
• Drive automation to eliminate operational toil and improve productivity
• Lead complex production incident response and systemic improvements
• Mentor engineers and raise the engineering bar through technical leadership
